New iCSU Track Targets Growing CCaaS Channel Opportunities

According to Forrester Research and others, Contact Center represents a $27 billion industry, of which only 12% is cloud-based. The self-paced, web-based CCaaS Solutions Professional certification track delivers in-depth instruction into how to effectively sell CCaaS, in particular how to identify prospects, move them through the pipeline and close and implement successful contact center deals.
