New Industry Leading Cloud Sales Training from Intelisys Cloud Services University
Petaluma, CA (August 16, 2016) – Intelisys Communications, Inc., the nation’s leading Technology Services Distributor and creator of the only cloud university built exclusively for channel sales professionals, has released a brand new certification track from Intelisys Cloud Services University (iCSU), available at CloudServicesUniversity.com.
The Advanced Cloud Methodology Expert certification track derives from a complex, live, highly exclusive training launched by iCSU in April 2016 called Super9. Of the more than 2400 Intelisys Sales Partners, only nine were selected for the in-person Super9 training, which includes an ongoing monthly peer group training component. The success of Super9 in the short four months since its launch has been nothing short of groundbreaking, with several large deals closed as a direct result of what inaugural members have now dubbed the “Super9 Effect”.
The Advanced Cloud Methodology Expert certification track, a self-paced, online training and education course, was carefully edited and crafted from Super9 footage and feedback in order to bring the skills, education, coaching and resources developed for Super9 to the entire iCSU community. Currently, more than 3100 channel sales professionals have registered at iCSU, and over 1300 certifications have been achieved by these attendees.
“Super9 has not only changed my business but personally transformed me as a technology consultant,” said Catherine Lazarock, President of Symplicity Communications, Inc., one of the nine Sales Partners selected for the inaugural Super9 professional certification. “My focus is now clear, strategic and powerful. Building on the knowledge that I learned in the five targeted tracks of Cloud Services University and the week of intensive Cloud training with engineers, carrier partners has instilled a drive to achieve more. I’ve found a new level of confidence to attack larger opportunities and start building my cloud practice. To say Super9 propelled Symplicity to a whole new level is an understatement, and I have no doubt of the successes that will be achieved.”
Building upon the proven Super9 methodologies, the Advanced Cloud Methodology Expert certification track provides the knowledge and cloud business development skills necessary to help channel sales professionals increase their probability of closing larger, more complex cloud deals.
“The Advanced Cloud Methodology Expert certification strengthens our commitment to channel education with practical and highly relevant training based on methodologies developed by the industry’s top producers and experts – a combination of brand new techniques and age-old sales wisdom,” said Andrew Pryfogle, SVP of Cloud Transformation for Intelisys. “Our number one goal is to support channel sales professionals as they provide their customers with first-class cloud services solutions, and we intend to enable a groundswell of movement in the channel toward true cloud competency.”
The Advanced Cloud Methodology Expert curriculum is comprised of cloud sales-focused training on topics such as process alignment, maintaining sales momentum, and creating winning proposals, as well as technologies including security solutions, BCDR/DRaaS, enterprise applications, SD-WAN, and more.
As the industry moves forward to embrace cloud, and channel sales professionals find themselves increasingly needing to position themselves as strategic service providers, resources like Intelisys Cloud Services University (iCSU) provide a valuable incentive. Indeed, records show that approximately 80 percent of Intelisys Sales Partner cloud wins come from iCSU attendees.
“Cloud technologies are developing and transforming more rapidly than ever before, and becoming an expert at industry best practices not only benefits channel sales professionals, but the CIOs and IT leaders looking for a trusted advisor to guide them through these changes,” Pryfogle noted.
As part of iCSU, the Advanced Cloud Methodology Expert certification track is self-paced and currently complementary to all IT and telecom professionals, including non-Intelisys Sales Partners. Five additional certification tracks are offered through iCSU, including Telecom Solutions Professional, Advanced Data Networking Solutions Professional, UCaaS Solutions, and Network & Data Security.
Intelisys Cloud Services University will release additional live, exclusive Super9 training events in 2017. Details on dates, locations, and how to apply for selection will be provided first to attendees of Channel Connect 2016, held October 12-14, 2016 in Napa, California.
