Deployment Services
The solution’s programming and configuration can consume a lot of time and resources. ScanSource Professional Services can create project and test plans, develop documentation for Zoom-compatible hardware, coordinate knowledge transfer sessions, map out cutover support, and lead project closure.
Project Management
Whether it is a single-site event, a national roll-out, a carrier network deployment, or basic technology audits, trained experts on the ScanSource Professional Services team can assist you in ensuring the project stays on track, on budget, and avoids delays. For Zoom deployments, the team is ready to serve as the single point of contact and develop a project governance plan. Managed Services for Zoom Phone and Zoom Rooms Deployments
The ScanSource Professional Services team is ready to support post-sale advisory, consulting, and management services. This includes any moves, adds, changes (MAC), monitoring and optimization of the platform, and integrated application support to maintain middleware for legacy applications. Contractual arrangements are flexible and can be monthly, quarterly, or annual. As of April 2023, we are not able to offer managed services on Zoom Contact Center deployments.
