Solution Insider: Coretelligent Edition

Coretelligent: Superior IT solutions for business growth, security, and efficiency.

In this blog, we interview George Rassias, alliance manager at Coretelligent, a leading provider of comprehensive managed IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, compliance, strategy, and other IT solutions. He explains how Coretelligent’s mission and unique value proposition can lead you to your next big managed IT solution sale.

Q: What is your company’s mission?

A: Coretelligent is a leading provider of comprehensive managed IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, compliance, strategy, and other IT solutions for a simple reason: We deliver a superior experience to our clients, whether they need a wholly outsourced IT solution or a trusted partner to complement their IT team.

Q: What is the best market stat(s) that demonstrate the demand for your product?

A: From our MSSP side of the business, we have learned that it’s not if a data breach will happen, but when. For the 12th year in a row, the United States holds the record for the highest data breach cost, which is, on average, $5.09 million more than the global average. In an evolving threat landscape, time is money.

Q: What does your company do best? What is your superpower?

A: We have a full suite of capabilities with a nationwide footprint. All of our team members are employed directly by Coretelligent; we do not outsource or offshore any services. Our mature support process—including named support PODs—enables us to provide white-glove, high-touch support services. Our deep knowledge of the Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Health Services industries establishes our ability to lead from the front and provide support and security services required with today’s regulatory compliances. In addition, we combine our MSP and MSSP capabilities for clients to ensure seamless remediation of security gaps.

Q: What business challenges does your company solve for users?

A: Our primary goal is to empower businesses by addressing their critical technology challenges and simplifying complex IT environments. One of the significant business challenges we solve for our clients is ensuring their technology infrastructure’s seamless integration, management, and security. We understand that IT systems play a vital role in the success of a business, and any downtime or a security breach can lead to significant losses.

To mitigate these risks, we offer a suite of services, including 24×7 managed IT support, digital transformation, data backup and recovery, cybersecurity, IT compliance, strategic technology consulting, and more. Our certified experts work closely with clients to design, implement, and manage customized IT solutions that meet their unique needs, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. When they partner with us, businesses can focus on their core competencies and growth while we care for their IT challenges and infrastructure.

Q: Who is your ideal customer? Type of business/organization?

A: Organizations with regulatory compliance requirements. Additionally, start-ups with high growth potential, and scaling challenges, and clientele that value high-touch strategic engagement and white glove service. And finally, companies with one or many locations, including international offices.

Q: Who is the best “persona” to target at these companies, the key decision maker, and why do they need your solution? (i.e., what is your value proposition to this particular persona)?

A: Coretelligent offers reliable and scalable solutions that enables businesses to focus on their core objectives while ensuring their IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and compliant with industry standards. Our services target multiple personas across an organization, including the CIO, CFO, and CEO. The CIO is the key decision-maker responsible for managing the company’s technological infrastructure and ensuring its security and efficiency. The CFO is focused on optimizing the technology environment while reducing operational costs. Finally, the CEO is ultimately responsible for the organization’s overall security posture, ensuring the company has safeguards to protect itself from today’s cybersecurity threats.

Q: What industry/vertical represents the hottest opportunity for a sale at the moment and why?

A: Sales opportunities are thriving in the Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Health Services industries as a result of their need for managed service providers with expertise in regulatory requirements such as SOX, HIPAA/FDA, SEC/FINRA, and NIST/ISO. At Coretelligent, we have over 17 years of experience supporting organizations in these industries, meeting their unique service needs while empowering growth. For example, explore how we delivered the right technology, speed, and execution to client Shay Capital. Other key target markets and industries including:

Q: What’s the best way for our sales partners to engage with you through Intelisys? Is there anything unique on your MyIntelisys page, or do you have assets?
