A: We provide many offerings that span customer experience and engagement technologies. Our primary strengths include contact center consulting, implementing and optimizing Genesys, Five9, NICE CXone, RingCentral, Zoom CCaaS solutions, and BPO and labor strategy consulting.

A: We help our customers get projects approved and successfully deployed on time and within budget. We offer industry expertise with a vendor-agnostic approach to solving CX challenges. We know that CX requirements are unique, so we provide our customers with a business case and ROI modeling.
Q: Who is your ideal customer? Type of business/organization?
A: Our ideal customer is mid-size and enterprise companies with customer-intensive goods and services.
Q: Who is the key decision maker, the best “persona” to target at these companies, and why do they need your solution?
A: The best personas to target include the CEO, COO, President, CXO, CMO (B2C Only), and CIO. We’ve found that by offering a vendor-agnostic and data-driven assessment approach helps these personas identify the best solutions for their unique CX requirements.
