We’ve further enhanced our standing as the largest and fastest growing hybrid technology distributor in the channel by adding Google to our supplier portfolio.

With the addition of Google as well as access to Chrome OS devices, we’re continuing to accelerate our CX practice by bringing innovative new offerings to you. Now, channel partners can leverage our unique hybrid distribution model to deliver all of your customers’ Contact Center requirements including CCaaS solutions, Chromebooks, headsets, monitors and more.

Last September, Google announced [fully integrated solutions](https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/chrome-enterprise/chrome-os-contact-center) for Chrome OS to help customers across all verticals secure and optimize their contact centers. With work-from-home programs advancing at top speed, 77 percent of service organizations are adopting or accelerating remote work options, according to Deloitte.

More and more customer support agents are taking their calls from the home office. While businesses have adapted to this new way of work and quickly migrated many of their contact center solutions to the cloud, agent devices have been left behind. Chrome OS offers businesses a cloud-first OS for devices, remote management, and a productive agent experience that can secure and optimize contact centers.

As one of Google Chrome OS’ exclusive technology solutions distributors, **you can now drive adoption of Chrome OS devices into the mid-sized and enterprise contact center market. As part of the [Chrome Enterprise Recommended solution track](https://chromeenterprise.google/os/recommended/), Google solutions are now fully verified with ten leading contact center solution providers, all of which are available through us.

This exciting new partnership will offer several benefits, including:

- **Sell complete solutions**: Access top CCaaS solutions, Chromebooks, and other peripherals such as headsets, USB video devices, and more from a single source.
- **Add revenue with Chrome Enterprise device sales**: Opportunities to compound earning potential through significant SPIFFs when selling Chrome Enterprise devices (Chromebooks and  Chromeboxes) with CCaaS.
- **Benefit from Google-sourced leads:** The chance to engage with the Chrome OS sales teams on UCaaS/CCaaS customer opportunities.
- **Faster CCaaS deployments:** Realize CCaaS revenue faster and keep customers happy when deploying with Chrome OS with verified contact center solutions.

“We’re leveraging our unique position as the industry’s only hybrid technology distributor by proactively offering unprecedented access to hardware, software, connectivity and cloud services solutions so you can offer their customers complete solutions,” said Paul Constantine, executive vice president of Supplier Services. “We believe that Google’s Chromebook Enterprise offerings will enable you to deploy and manage your customers’ devices securely while increasing employee productivity.”
