I'm having issues with items in my dashboard popping up?

Please refer to your browser configuration to disable a pop-up blocker.

How do I find webinar replays and upcoming events?

Select the menu icon in the upper left corner for menu items to help you quickly navigate you through the site, or navigate to the “Go Virtual With Intelisys Banner” on the dashboard and click “View Replays.”

I just completed a certification but can't locate my certificate.  The course is not showing completed.  What should I do?

After completing a certification, you can access your certificate two ways:

Use the footer of the certificate you just completed.

Select “Certifications and Trainings” from the drop-down menu in the top left corner. From “Certifications and Trainings,” identify the certification you just completed. You should see the certificate icon to the far right of the row, with options to download or print your certificate.

If you still cannot locate your certificate, connect with your Business Development Manager, Partner Experience Manager or Partner Support Representative

How can I see my certification scores or review my status?

At the bottom of your dashboard, click “View My Activities” to see your certification activities and statuses.
