Selected as One of the Top Companies for Third Consecutive Year

The annual Best Places to Work awards recognize exceptional employers and highlight the best workplace practices.
Companies nominated for Best Places to Work in the North Bay were contacted by the North Bay Business Journal. Nominees were analyzed by the editorial staff based on several criteria, including the employer application, anonymous online survey ratings by employees, the number of responses, size of the company, the breakdown of responses from management and non-management, as well as written comments by colleagues.
More than 8,000 employee surveys were submitted, and 109 winning companies were selected. Intelisys colleagues joined the 2019 award recipients at the North Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards Reception held in Santa Rosa, CA.
