John DeLozier

President

DeLozier is focused on leading the evolution of the company’s strategy – to deliver the hardware, software, connectivity and cloud services partners need to be successful. Prior to joining Intelisys in 2021, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Channel Sales for 8X8. Prior to that, he served in leadership positions at CenturyLink, Unify and Virsae. He also spent nearly 20 years at Arrow System Integration, after selling the system integration company he co-founded, ACT, to Cross Telecom, which was later acquired by Arrow Electronics. In 2020, DeLozier was named Channel Influencer of the Year by Channel Partners/Channel Futures for his commitment to partners’ success in the channel. He has also been recognized as a CRN Channel Chief for the past five years and has received the Channel Partners Circle of Excellence Award.

Paul Constantine

Executive Vice President, Supplier Services

Paul Constantine joins the Intelisys team as Executive Vice President, Supplier Services, where he will manage the company’s deep portfolio of cloud and technology services providers. This newly created role underscores the Company’s commitment to cultivating and growing its digital distribution portfolio.

Mr. Constantine has been with ScanSource since 1999. Most recently, he has been serving as President, EMEA, and has been instrumental in supporting the development of the digital distribution business in Europe. 

JR Cook

Senior Vice President, Strategic Relations

J.R. joined Intelisys in June 2014 after having served as Channel Chief for EarthLink Business and New Edge Networks since 2010.

Prior to that J.R. was Vice President for TelePacific Communications. In his role at Intelisys, J.R. leads a strategic business development function and supports the West Region team, providing an exceptional standard of support and leading Intelisys Sales Partners to new levels of achievement and success.

Michael Ketchum

Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations

In his role as Vice President, Finance, Mike is responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and commissions for Intelisys.

Michael joined the Intelisys team in September 2007. He brings over 25 years of finance experience in a variety of industries with small and medium-sized companies, as well as large international corporations. Mike spent 12 years with British Petroleum as a business analyst and internal auditor, and in recent years has been involved with several other medium-sized companies in California, including Applied Graphics, where he was CFO for eight years.

Raymond Nelson

Senior Vice President, Technical Sales & Services

Raymond joined Intelisys through the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition in 2012. Prior to Intelisys, he was a serial entrepreneur, starting ITKadence, an early cloud-focused Systems Integrator. He also was co-owner and CTO of a National Systems Integrator focused on unified communications and general computing requirements. As SVP of Technical Sales and Services at ScanSource, he has unified all of the technical teams under one global organization to helps Sales Partners uncover, define, and direct their opportunities. Focused on the cloud and the technologies that exist around it, he has helped close thousands of opportunities, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small startup organizations looking to grow with the cloud.

Stacey Pompei

Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Stacey joined our team in January 2015 as the Vice President of Supplier Management & General Counsel. As a corporate attorney, Stacey has provided legal and business consulting services to start-up and established companies in the finance, internet, software, and telecommunication industries. She has worked with Intelisys and other businesses in the Channel for the past 20 years. She likes to think of herself as an attorney who thinks like a business person. Stacey has a BA from the University of California, Davis, and a JD from Santa Clara University, School of Law.

Michael Sterl

Senior Vice President, Sales

Sterl is the leader of the field and inside sales teams at Intelisys.

He brings extensive expertise to Intelisys, having founded multiple companies that support the channel in different capacities, and leadership positions within the ranks of others. He co-founded Cloud Optik and Carve Digital, two companies focused on delivering world-class data and analytics platforms to channel partners. He also co-founded SimpleSignal, a unified communications service provider that was acquired by Vonage, where Sterl served as regional vice president of channel sales post-acquisition.

Aram Bolduc

Regional Vice President, Sales East

Aram joined Intelisys in June of 2018. He has been in the telecommunications industry for over 16 years on both the direct and indirect sides. His proven track record of being a high producing salesperson as well as leading high performing sales teams helps our partners and sales team grow the business in the Northeast. Aram says he loves his role at Intelisys because helping his partners’ businesses succeed makes him happy and he is honored to be a part of it.

Aram also considers himself to be extremely lucky to have a great family life, living in Connecticut with his wife Rachel, son Andon and daughter Blake. He is a former division 1 tennis player, avid golfer, and beer enthusiast.

Bob Farbak

Regional Vice President, Sales Central

Bob joined Intelisys in February 2014. He has been in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years and brings vast experience managing direct and indirect sales channels. Bob’s track record working with channel partners includes supporting their business development efforts and helping them grow their revenue opportunities. In his role, Bob will be recruiting Sale Partners into the Intelisys channel ecosystem and playing an integral part in their development, training, and business expansion.

Tracy Hali

Vice President, Sales Operations

Tracy is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. As Vice President, Tracy is responsible for all Support and Order Management functions and team members within Intelisys. She provides leadership to build and maintain a management structure that creates an “Exceptional Experience” for Partners, Suppliers, and colleagues. Focused on Organizational Effectiveness and Process Enhancement, Tracy oversees the day-to-day operations of Sales Administration, Partner Support, Cable Services and Order Management where she ensures that all team members have access to training, resources, systems, and professional development to support existing and new sales, Partner and Supplier programs.

Cybil Nielsen

Vice President, Commission Operations

Cybil joined the Intelisys team in November 2015. She brings over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries both domestic and international. Cybil founded and ran her own corporation for 20 years. Strategized with business owners and their management teams to implement financial, payroll, human resource, and operational processes. Converted many companies from manual processes to automated systems.

The last 5 years prior to joining Intelisys were spent at a fast-growing, international, cutting edge software company based in Denmark as the VP of Administration. Procured and implemented an international ERP system, brought company compliant with tax regulations while supporting all operational and financial functions with 40% year over year growth.

Michelle Ruyle

Vice President, Marketing & Digital Transformation

In her role as Vice President of Digital Transformation, Michelle is responsible for programs designed to help partners leverage the rapidly evolving digital landscape. By staying in front of market and technology trends, as well as end-user requirements, she will manage educational programs, create partner enablement strategies, and work with suppliers to activate new partners and routes to market.

Michelle Ruyle is a career channel sales executive with a keen focus on emerging technologies. With more than 20 years of experience, she has held roles with IBM Cloud, CenturyLink, and XO Communications. Her expertise spans the channel ecosystem where she has consistently enabled partners to embrace and sell evolving solutions.

Jamaal Savwoir

Vice President, Partner Experience

Jamaal’s 20 years of experience includes enterprise management, network monitoring automation and unified communications as well as the contact center technology stack. A SaaS veteran, Jamaal’s background offers a wealth of knowledge regarding the challenges businesses face and the unique ways cloud solutions can help them thrive in today’s customer experience-focused, operate-from-anywhere economy.

Mike Wolfington

Regional Vice President, Sales West

Mike Wolfington joined the Intelisys team in March of 2017 through the strategic acquisition of Kingcom’s channel program. During Mike’s first two years with Intelisys, he led the Verizon Business Development Program resulting in Intelisys being Verizon’s Top producing partner. In January 2019, Mike was promoted to Director of Sales for the West Region supporting partners in the Mountain, Northern California, and Northwest markets. Mike graduated from the Lundquist Honors Business College at the University of Oregon, which afforded him an opportunity to earn his MBA during his undergraduate years. He and his wife Stefani enjoy spending their weekends in the beautiful Oregon outdoors, with their springer spaniel Odie – hunting, running, fishing, camping, and boating.
