Intelisys Debuts University, Extends Cisco Partnership

iU offers sales enablement tools, digital marketing automation, learning resources and more.

Intelisys, a ScanSource company, has launched Intelisys University (iU). It’s an all-in-one platform to help sales partners build and grow their businesses.

iU offers sales enablement tools, digital marketing automation, learning resources and more. Partners can identify new routes to market by leveraging the platform’s digital marketing features and learning resources. They can do so anytime, anywhere and on any device.

The platform delivers access to hundreds of educational resources, on-demand event replays, brandable digital marketing brochures, and supplier technology resources. In addition, it offers certifications, educational workshops and bite-sized learning resources on trending content.

iU Aligns with Partner Needs
Michelle Ruyle is vice president of marketing and digital transformation at Intelisys. She said a proactive mindset focused on service, support, information and education is “deeply embedded” in Intelisys’ DNA.

“iU is an extension of our innovative journey that started with Intelisys Cloud Services University (iCSU),” she said. “In discussions with our partners, we learned that the future story is automation, platform, speed, support [and] back-office, enabling them to do more with less while continuing to offer world-class education. iU aligns with their need for modern certifications, educational workshops and bite-sized learning resources on trending content.”

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

Digital marketing tools and sales enablement help partners amplify their brand, generate new leads and track customer engagement, Intelisys said. Ready-made agnostic and supplier-provided campaign playbooks make it easy to prospect to new or existing customers.

Furthermore, partners can upskill and train their teams with micro-learning resources on technology, sales skills and more.

“We created iU because we’re in the business of helping today’s partners grow for tomorrow,” Ruyle said. “It empowers them to make confident IT decisions and scale their business through enablement tools, automation and educational resources that others don’t have access to. It also identifies new routes to market as our partners want to sell more with ScanSource, sell more solutions by identifying opportunity in vertical markets and benefit from marketing automation.”

Selling More Solutions
Researchers at Analysys Mason say the market for cloud-based IT services should reach $252 billion by 2025. By simplifying what’s complicated and providing timely education, partners are better equipped to sell a comprehensive solution stack.

Mark Morgan is president of Intelisys.

“We want our partners to see how they can sell more solutions by identifying opportunity in vertical markets and benefit from marketing automation,” he said. “We’re not complacent. We know what got us here won’t get us to where we’re going. And it’s one of the reasons why we’ve invested in iU.”

Cisco Partnership
Also this week, Intelisys announced a new, expanded relationship with Cisco. This builds upon a 14-year relationship between ScanSource and Cisco.

Intelisys sales partners can now offer Cisco’s Webex portfolio to their agent community customers. The portfolio includes calling, meetings, messaging and select devices. Webex complements ScanSource’s longstanding Cisco business by adding Webex solution offerings through an agency model and unlocking new opportunities for growth in UC, cloud and recurring revenue for the Intelisys agent community.
