Rick and Rick co-founded Intelisys in 1994, as one of the original Telecom Master Agencies in the United States. Both had successful track records as top producers in direct and indirect carrier sales and management assignments. They built Intelisys from the ground up, understanding the unique challenges of becoming successful telecom agents.
Dana Topping joined Intelisys as an equity partner in 2006 through a merger with his company, Resource Communications. Dana’s expertise was high-level design of private networks for Fortune 100 customers and designing applications for them. Dana currently focuses on building and shaping Intelisys’ vision through innovative solutions in an era of convergence.
Rick, Rick, and Dana share executive management responsibilities for the overall strategic direction of the company. Together with the Intelisys Strategy Team, they are responsible for developing sales, support, and value-added applications that drive revenue growth and provide Intelisys’ top-performing Sales Partners with an experience that is unmatched in the industry, establishing Intelisys as the country’s leading Technology Services Distributor.
Mark joined the Intelisys Team in February of 2020, after serving as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy at ScanSource. In his tenure at ScanSource, Mark played a critical role in identifying and advising on the Intelisys and intY SaaS platform acquisitions.
Mark Morgan is President of Intelisys. Prior to this role, he served as Executive Vice President of Strategy at ScanSource, a Fortune 1000, $3.6B leading provider of technology products and solutions. A Transformational Leader, Mark serves as an expert in delivering growth through innovation, technology and new business models. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in Corporate Strategy, M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Technology. Mark managed P&L and led growth transformations for multiple technology businesses ranging from $500M-$1B. He has extensive experience in POS, mobility, telcom, UCaaS, CCaaS, connectivity and cloud services. In his role as President, he will lead the Sales and Marketing functions and enhance collaboration across North America businesses.
Paul Constantine joins the Intelisys team as Executive Vice President, Supplier Services, where he will manage the company’s deep portfolio of cloud and technology services providers. This newly created role underscores the Company’s commitment to cultivating and growing its digital distribution portfolio.
Mr. Constantine has been with ScanSource since 1999. Most recently, he has been serving as President, EMEA, and has been instrumental in supporting the development of the digital distribution business in Europe. During his time at ScanSource, Mr. Constantine has served in executive leadership roles, including as Co-President, Worldwide Barcode, Networking and Security, and as President of ScanSource POS and Barcode, helping to drive the strategy and execution of the businesses, while uncovering and developing profitable new opportunities for the Company.
In his role as Vice President, Finance, Mike is responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and commissions for Intelisys.
Michael joined the Intelisys team in September 2007. He brings over 25 years of finance experience in a variety of industries with small and medium-sized companies, as well as large international corporations. Mike spent 12 years with British Petroleum as a business analyst and internal auditor, and in recent years has been involved with several other medium-sized companies in California, including Applied Graphics, where he was CFO for eight years.
J.R. joined Intelisys in June 2014 after having served as Channel Chief for EarthLink Business and New Edge Networks since 2010.
Prior to that J.R. was Vice President for TelePacific Communications. In his role at Intelisys, J.R. leads a strategic business development function and supports the West Region team, providing an exceptional standard of support and leading Intelisys Sales Partners to new levels of achievement and success.
In his role at Intelisys, Brandon is responsible for the continuing recruitment of the Channel’s Best of the Best and helping both new and existing Intelisys Sales Partners.
Brandon joined Intelisys in June 2012, after making tremendous contributions to several other organizations, including Birch Telecom, Cbeyond, XO and Paetec/Windstream. As Vice President, Partner Sales & Business Development – Central Region, Brandon facilitates the company’s growth into new markets, and delivers unique revenue opportunities to Intelisys Sales Partners.
In his role as Vice President, Supplier Sales, Mike is responsible for creating original revenue driving programs for new and existing Supplier Partners in the Intelisys portfolio.
Mike joined our team in July 2004 as SWAT Sales Manager. He was promoted to senior Partner Sales roles twice (Director and later VP, Partner Sales, for the West Region), before being appointed VP, Supplier Sales. Before coming to Intelisys, Mike worked as Intelisys’ Channel Manager with Cable & Wireless from late 2000 through 2003. During this time Mike helped Intelisys become C&W’s largest Master Agency. Prior to his role in C&W’s Channel Program, Mike was the first direct sales representative in the history of the company to win the Annual National Sales Contest for eight consecutive years.
Stacey joined our team in January 2015 and brings to Intelisys over 20 years of business and legal experience.
As a corporate attorney, Stacey has provided legal and business consulting services to start-up and established companies in the finance, internet, software and telecommunication industries. She has worked with Intelisys and others businesses in the Channel for the past 14 years. She likes to think of herself as an attorney who thinks like a business person. Stacey has a BA from University of California, Davis and a JD from Santa Clara University, School of Law.
Eddie celebrates 17 years of telecom experience, including several years supporting various indirect channels. Eddie has been voted Top Channel Manager of the Year multiple times by Channel Partners Magazine, as well as a number of suppliers. He has worked on the Indirect side for Zayo (formerly AboveNet), XO and most recently Windstream on the wholesale side selling to some of the largest carriers in the U.S. Eddie resides in Dallas with his wife Ashley and his two children, Christian and Hudson. When he isn’t in Dallas, he is in Austin on the lake. Eddie enjoys being outdoors – fishing, mountain biking and golfing. He is also a huge Cowboys, Texas Longhorns and Texas Rangers fan!
Aram joined Intelisys in June of 2018. He has been in the telecommunications industry for over 16 years on both the direct and indirect sides. His proven track record of being a high producing sales person as well as leading high performing sales teams helps our partners and sales team grow the business in the Northeast. Aram says he loves his role at Intelisys because helping his partners businesses succeed makes him happy and he is honored to be a part of it.
Aram also considers himself to be extremely lucky to have a great family life, living in Connecticut with his wife Rachel, son Andon and daughter Blake. He is a former division 1 tennis player, avid golfer and beer enthusiast.
Bob joined Intelisys in February 2014. He has been in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years and brings vast experience managing direct and indirect sales channels. Bob’s track record working with channel partners includes supporting their business development efforts and helping them grow their revenue opportunities. In his new role, Bob will be recruiting Sale Partners into the Intelisys channel ecosystem and playing an integral part in their development, training and business expansion.
As Senior Channel Manager, Southeast Region, for Intelisys, I am responsible for the experience of Intelisys Sales Partners in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. I focus on the development and recruitment of telecom agent, VAR, managed service provider (MSP), and IT solution provider (ITSP) channel sales professionals, driving revenue for Intelisys and our Sales and Supplier Partners.
Mike Wolfington joined the Intelisys team in March of 2017 through the strategic acquisition of Kingcom’s channel program. During Mike’s first two years with Intelisys he lead the Verizon Business Development Program resulting in Intelisys being Verizon’s Top producing partner. In January 2019, Mike was promoted to Director of Sales for the West Region supporting partners in the Mountain, Northern California and Northwest markets. Mike graduated from the Lundquist Honors Business College at the University of Oregon, which afforded him an opportunity to earn his MBA during his undergraduate years. He and his wife Stefani enjoy spending their weekends in the beautiful Oregon outdoors, with their springer spaniel Odie – hunting, running, fishing, camping and boating.
Raymond joined Intelisys through the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition in 2012. Prior to Intelisys he was as serial entrepreneur, starting ITKadence, an early cloud-focused Systems Integrator. He also was co-owner and CTO of a National Systems Integrator focused on unified communications and general computing requirements. As Director of Solutions Engineering, he helps Sales Partners uncover, define and direct their cloud opportunities. Solely focused on cloud and the technologies that exist around it, he has helped close thousands of opportunities, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small startup organizations looking to grow with the cloud.
Tracy is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. As Sr Director, Tracy is responsible for the success of the Intelisys Order Management team, working with some of our largest suppliers. Focused on Organizational Effectiveness and Process Enhancement, she leads the daily operations of the Project Management team, nationally. Prior to joining Intelisys in 2019, Tracy worked at Verizon through the XO Communications acquisition, helping to transform their Partner Program. At XO, Tracy spent 8 years building the Channel Program with strong Master and sub-agent relationships, focusing on the Partner Life Cycle Experience. Prior to XO/Verizon she spent 16 years at Global Crossing in a variety of roles including Sales, Support and Management. Tracy has been a member of Alliance of Channel Women since 2015. She has her BA in Communications from URI and her MBA from AIU. Tracy resides in New Jersey with her husband and 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys sports photography, traveling, and attending her kids sporting events.
Cybil joined the Intelisys team in November 2015. She brings over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries with small and medium-sized companies both domestic and international. Cybil ran her own corporation for 20 years specializing in setting up systems and processes for finance, customer service, payroll and operations. The last 5 years were spent at a fast growing, international cutting edge software company based in Denmark as the VP of Administration. Cybil is running the Commission Department and working directly with Mike Ketchum to strive towards constant increase in support and services to our partner network.
Samantha joined Intelisys in March 2003 and has since led both Partner Support Services and Supplier Management throughout Intelisys’ rapid growth. In her role as Senior Director, Supplier Services Nationwide, Samantha is responsible for leading the ongoing success of Intelisys’ Supplier relationships and ensuring Partners have access to best-in-class solutions.
Beki joined our team in April 1998. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Sonoma State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Beki started at Intelisys in what was then called our Agent Support department, she spent four years launching, developing, and supervising that team, after which she spent two years managing Agent Development, followed by eight years as a Supplier Manager, followed by 6 years running the department. In her current position as Director of Contracts and Programs, she is responsible for managing Contracts and the Development and Implementation of Programs across the organization.
Jennifer joined our team in April 2007. She has a degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University with a concentration in Accounting. In her role as Controller, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the Finance department. Her team is responsible for accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting and most importantly paying the commission run on time each month.
Sales Administration & Recruiting
Connie Strouse joined the Intelisys team in June 2011. In her role, Connie manages the Sales Administration Team who support our Sales Team in the Western, Central and Eastern Regions. Her team performs the required processes for the acquisition of new prospective Sales Partners, completes base transfers, handles addendums, processes the Advanced Commissions and Partner Investment Programs, and provides various reports. Connie also manages the coordination of all events including our Mindshares, Workshops and Partner Exchanges. Connie came to us with 15 years of experience in the automotive industry as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She has served as President of the RC Cougar Boosters, which is a non-profit for the athletics at Rancho Cotate High School in Rohnert Park.
Justin leads the application development teams for Intelisys and ScanSource. With 20+ years of development experience and industry knowledge, he oversees multiple platforms dedicated to the support and growth of our partners. Since joining the team in 2006, Justin has been responsible for the launches of MyIntelisys, Renegade, and Audex 360. Justin is from Sacramento, CA where he lives with his wife and two children. He spends his free time reading, cooking, baking bread, running, and collecting board games.
