Mark joined the Intelisys Team in February of 2020, after serving as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy at ScanSource. In his tenure at ScanSource, Mark played a critical role in identifying and advising on the Intelisys and intY SaaS platform acquisitions.
Mark Morgan is President of Intelisys. Prior to this role, he served as Executive Vice President of Strategy at ScanSource, a Fortune 1000, $3.6B leading provider of technology products and solutions. A Transformational Leader, Mark serves as an expert in delivering growth through innovation, technology and new business models. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in Corporate Strategy, M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Technology. Mark managed P&L and led growth transformations for multiple technology businesses ranging from $500M-$1B. He has extensive experience in POS, mobility, telcom, UCaaS, CCaaS, connectivity and cloud services. In his role as President, he will lead the Sales and Marketing functions and enhance collaboration across North America businesses.

Executive Vice President, Supplier Services
Paul Constantine joins the Intelisys team as Executive Vice President, Supplier Services, where he will manage the company’s deep portfolio of cloud and technology services providers. This newly created role underscores the Company’s commitment to cultivating and growing its digital distribution portfolio.
Mr. Constantine has been with ScanSource since 1999. Most recently, he has been serving as President, EMEA, and has been instrumental in supporting the development of the digital distribution business in Europe. During his time at ScanSource, Mr. Constantine has served in executive leadership roles, including as Co-President, Worldwide Barcode, Networking and Security, and as President of ScanSource POS and Barcode, helping to drive the strategy and execution of the businesses, while uncovering and developing profitable new opportunities for the Company.

Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations
In his role as Vice President, Finance, Mike is responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and commissions for Intelisys.
Michael joined the Intelisys team in September 2007. He brings over 25 years of finance experience in a variety of industries with small and medium-sized companies, as well as large international corporations. Mike spent 12 years with British Petroleum as a business analyst and internal auditor, and in recent years has been involved with several other medium-sized companies in California, including Applied Graphics, where he was CFO for eight years.

Raymond joined Intelisys through the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition in 2012. Prior to Intelisys, he was a serial entrepreneur, starting ITKadence, an early cloud-focused Systems Integrator. He also was co-owner and CTO of a National Systems Integrator focused on unified communications and general computing requirements. As SVP of Technical Sales and Services at ScanSource, he has unified all of the technical teams under one global organization to helps Sales Partners uncover, define, and direct their opportunities. Vice President, Commission Operations
Cybil joined the Intelisys team in November 2015. She brings over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries both domestic and international. Cybil founded and ran her own corporation for 20 years. Strategized with business owners and their management teams to implement financial, payroll, human resource, and operational processes. Converted many companies from manual processes to automated systems.
The last 5 years prior to joining Intelisys were spent at a fast-growing, international, cutting edge software company based in Denmark as the VP of Administration. Procured and implemented an international ERP system, brought company compliant with tax regulations while supporting all operational and financial functions with 40% year over year growth.
Cybil, as VP of Commission Operations, is working directly with Mike Ketchum and her team to strive towards whatever it takes to create the best Partner Experience possible. In her role as Vice President of Digital Transformation, Michelle is responsible for programs designed to help partners leverage the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Stacey joined our team in January 2015 as the Vice President of Supplier Management & General Counsel. As a corporate attorney, Stacey has provided legal and business consulting services to start-up and established companies in the finance, internet, software, and telecommunication industries. Vice President, Sales Operations
Tracy is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. As Vice President, Tracy is responsible for all Support and Order Management functions and team members within Intelisys. She provides leadership to build and maintain a management structure that creates an “Exceptional Experience” for Partners, Suppliers, and colleagues. Focused on Organizational Effectiveness and Process Enhancement, Tracy oversees the day-to-day operations of Sales Administration, Partner Support, Cable Services and Order Management where she ensures that all team members have access to training, resources, systems, and professional development to support existing and new sales, Partner and Supplier programs.
Prior to joining Intelisys in 2019, Tracy worked at Verizon through the XO Communications acquisition, helping to transform their Partner Program. At XO, Tracy spent 8 years building the Channel Program with strong Master and sub-agent relationships, focusing on the Partner Life Cycle Experience. Prior to XO/Verizon, she spent 16 years at Global Crossing in a variety of roles including Sales, Support and Management. Tracy has been a member of the Alliance of Channel Women since 2015 and was named to CRNs Women of the Channel List in 2020. She has her BA in Communications from URI and her MBA from American Intercontinental University. Tracy resides in New Jersey with her husband and 3 children. Beki joined our team in April 1998. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Sonoma State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Beki started at Intelisys in what was then called our Agent Support department, spent four years launching, developing, and supervising that team, after which she spent two years managing Agent Development, followed by eight years as a Supplier Manager, followed by 6 years running the department. In her current position as Senior Director, Contracts and Programs, she is responsible for managing the Company contract process for Suppliers and Sales Partners; managing the Contracts Management team, and participates in the development and implementation of programs across the organization.

His proven track record of being a high producing salesperson as well as leading high performing sales teams helps our partners and sales team grow the business in the Northeast. Cory joined the Intelisys team in August of 2020, after having spent over 12 years at ScanSource in various marketing, merchandising, and sales roles. Cory is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Marketing and Finance. In her role as Director, Supplier Services, Cory is responsible for driving the growth and go-to-market strategy for the UCaaS and CCaaS technology segment. Director, Business Development
Eddie celebrates 17 years of telecom experience, including several years supporting various indirect channels. Eddie has been voted Top Channel Manager of the Year multiple times by Channel Partners Magazine, as well as a number of suppliers. He has worked on the Indirect side for Zayo (formerly AboveNet), XO, and most recently Windstream on the wholesale side selling to some of the largest carriers in the U.S. Eddie resides in Dallas with his wife Ashley and his two children, Christian and Hudson. When he isn’t in Dallas, he is in Austin on the lake. Eddie enjoys being outdoors – fishing, mountain biking, and golfing. He is also a huge Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, and Texas Rangers fan!

In her role as Controller, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the Finance department. Director, Cable Services
In her role as Director of Cable Services, Jodi is responsible for all aspects of cable; quoting, ordering, provisioning support, and system and process training. In her Director role, she will be focused on continuing to build strong relationships with our key Cable Suppliers: Comcast, Spectrum, Cox, and ViaSat. As a major focus for Intelisys this year, she will be bringing enhanced cable tools and processes to our Sales Partners and Colleagues. Jodi started her telecom career in 1991 as a Sr. Agent Manager at Online Telecommunications where she worked for 10 years. Jodi developed and managed a Partner Support Group for an ILEC and was an Agent Manager for another Master prior to joining the Intelisys team in 2013.
In her role as Sr Manager, Jodi was instrumental in building and leading the Intelisys Partner Support and Cable Teams in the Northeast and MidAtlantic regions over the past 7+ years and played a significant role in the opening of our Southbury, CT office. Jodi is excited about the opportunity and her goal is to make our cable team the very best in the industry while providing our Partners unprecedented support. Jodi is the proud mother of her daughter Hailey. She lives in Oxford, CT, and is an avid traveler, pickleball player, and supporter of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Justin leads the application development teams for Intelisys and ScanSource. Director, Video Strategy and Production
Michael worked with Intelisys for a few years as an independent video producer, spearheading the buildout of the Intelisys Studio and video department in 2014, before joining the Intelisys team in 2016. He has over 25+ years in the film and video production arena, producing and directing works that have played at film festivals worldwide, including Sundance and Toronto. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Film Production from San Francisco State University and went on to specialize in documentary filmmaking. In his role as Director, Video Strategy and Production, Michael is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the video production and post-production teams within the Marketing department at Intelisys. This includes developing strategies and tactics to fulfill Intelisys’ video production, video editing, and motion graphics content marketing needs for use across all customer touchpoints, and to further Intelisys’ story and vision into the NEW NEXT. Michael continues to live in San Francisco with his wife Elizabeth, two college attending sons, Noah and Christian, and his great white dire wolf, Ghost.

Mike Wolfington joined the Intelisys team in March of 2017 through the strategic acquisition of Kingcom’s channel program. During Mike’s first two years with Intelisys, he led the Verizon Business Development Program resulting in Intelisys being Verizon’s Top producing partner. In January 2019, Mike was promoted to Director of Sales for the West Region supporting partners in the Mountain, Northern California, and Northwest markets. Mike graduated from the Lundquist Honors Business College at the University of Oregon, which afforded him an opportunity to earn his MBA during his undergraduate years. He and his wife Stefani enjoy spending their weekends in the beautiful Oregon outdoors, with their springer spaniel Odie – hunting, running, fishing, camping, and boating.

Nick Miller joined the physical security business at ScanSource in July 2007. He held multiple roles supporting the VAR community including sales, supplier management, business development, and team management. Prior to that, he supported the agent channel at a CLEC. In August 2020, he joined Intelisys as Director, Supplier Services to assist in expanding the supplier management team to provide more focus and strategic growth. His team is responsible for managing suppliers in the SD-WAN, IaaS, SaaS, security, IoT, and managed solutions spaces. He lives in Duncan, SC with his wife Melissa and two sons, Luke and Grant. He plays guitar, hopes to one day play better golf, and enjoys spending time with his family in the mountains or at the beach.

Director, Order Management
In her role as Director of Order Management, Teri has responsibility for the Order Managed Team of Project Managers who quote, order, and track for some of our most strategic Suppliers: AT&T, Verizon, Century Link, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, and AT&T Wireless. Her concentration is on evolving Intelisys support structure to most efficiently fit the needs of our Partners. She’s been in telecommunications since 1995, focusing on partner support with CTG, LCI, Qwest, and CTL, while managing the pre- and post-sales Partner Support teams. She was fortunate enough to have supported Intelisys from its inception and joined forces with the company officially in 2013.
Teri’s mission to strategize with Intelisys Sales Leadership, Colleagues, Partners, and Suppliers to grow and refine Order Management is a top priority. She lives in Greenville, SC near ScanSource headquarters, and has three daughters and one granddaughter. She is a member of Upstate Women in Technology; and has served on the Advisory Council boards for several of our Suppliers, some of which she currently serves on today.

Thomas “Tom” Legare joined Intelisys in 2017 and has worked 30 years in the domestic and international communications industry. In his role as Director of Solutions Engineering, Tom oversees the team responsible for supporting Sales Partners through the entire cloud and telecom sales process. Tom has been variously based in Minneapolis, Amsterdam, New York, and, for the past 20 years, Chicago. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Tom is a volunteer for several non-profit organizations, and his personal interests include fostering rescue dogs, kayaking, camping, and playing music.

Rick and Rick co-founded Intelisys in 1994, as one of the original Telecom Master Agencies in the United States. Both had successful track records as top producers in direct and indirect carrier sales and management assignments. They built Intelisys from the ground up, understanding the unique challenges of becoming successful telecom agents.
Dana Topping joined Intelisys as an equity partner in 2006 through a merger with his company, Resource Communications. Dana’s expertise was high-level design of private networks for Fortune 100 customers and designing applications for them.
Together, Rick, Rick, and Dana have helped established Intelisys as the country’s leading Technology Services Distributor. In 2016, ScanSource acquired Intelisys allowing the hardware company to broaden its capabilities by entering the telecom and cloud services market.
