Provides Intuitive, Faster and Easy to Use Tools for Partner Growth in MyIntelisys
Petaluma, CA (April 10, 2019) – Intelisys, Inc., a ScanSource company, and the nation’s leading provider of technology services, has announced the addition of new sales tools and enhancements to its partner enablement portfolio.
Inspired by feedback from partners, and in alignment with the critical role of customer experience for all businesses, the company is releasing a new user interface (UI) for its MyIntelisys partner portal. The new UI offers Sales Partners the option to choose a new experience, improving usability and creating a more intuitive and accessible partner experience. With simplified navigation and improved site search, Sales Partners can easily access and use tools and content. The UI was released to Intelisys Sales Partners during the Channel Partners Conference & Expo on April 10, 2019. It is offered as an optional view. Sales Partners may choose to utilize the new, recommended experience or continue using the former view in the MyIntelisys portal.
In addition, the company has added new sales tools to its partner portal, as well as expanded and enhanced existing tools. The tools and enhancements offer expanded visibility and detail, from quotes to commissions, in one central location.
- The Virtual Quote Assistant, which enables Sales Partners to identify the most qualified suppliers for their opportunities and create customized quotes, now provides real-time serviceability checks. By simply entering an address and a product, Sales Partners can identify all suppliers that service that location, and receive results in seconds. The company has also implemented a MyIntelisys Quotes Expansion, providing real-time visibility into the quote process all in one central location.
- The Log-an-Order tool makes it easy for Sales Partners to log orders submitted directly to a supplier. Leveraging the Log-an-Order tool, Intelisys Sales Partners can ensure optimal order accuracy and commission tracking, and increase the efficiency of the inquiry resolution process. In addition, the company has recently launched the MyIntelisys Orders Expansion. This expansion gives partners visibility into a complete list of all orders logged through the Intelisys Order Management team, or by Sales Partners themselves, within the past 12 months.
- Intelisys is launching a new process for Sales Partners to view their Commission Schedules. The new personalized commissions schedules provide a streamlined, straightforward view for Sales Partners to access commission details for every supplier. This process makes it easier for Sales Partners to know what they can expect when selling a specific supplier’s services. Demonstrating the company’s dedication to the evolution of its Sales Partner experience, the personalized commission schedules place real-time, accurate and meaningful information at Sales Partners’ fingertips.
