Katherine White appointed as Senior Vice President of Partner Success to enhance support and growth opportunities for Intelisys partners.
GREENVILLE, SC — Intelisys, a ScanSource (NASDAQ: SCSC) company, and a leading provider of technology services and solutions, today announced the expansion and strategic realignment of its partner support and enablement resources. The Partner Success team and core partner operations have been integrated to improve efficiency, scalability and accuracy for Intelisys partners.
The integration includes bringing together essential resources that partners utilize daily—such as ordering, quoting, commissions and their supporting platforms—under a single, streamlined structure. By streamlining processes such as quote-to-cash and automating key workflows, Intelisys is reducing operational complexity and leveraging greater synergies that enable partners to scale efficiently and seize opportunities with next-gen technologies.
In alignment of the new partner success structure, Katherine White has been appointed Senior Vice President of Partner Success and will lead the Partner Success team. In this role, White will drive the vision, planning and execution of the Intelisys partner support and operations strategies.

White joined ScanSource in 2021 as Vice President of Business Strategy and has a proven track record of fostering strong partnerships and driving transformative organizational initiatives. Most recently, White served as Vice President of Channel Exchange at Intelisys and under her leadership, the Channel Exchange platform has empowered Intelisys sales partners to accelerate procurement, meet customer needs and expand into new services areas.
As part of Intelisys’ ongoing commitment to deeper integration between Channel Exchange and the core Intelisys business, sales responsibilities for Channel Exchange will move under the leadership of Eddie Acosta, Senior Vice President of Sales, while operations will remain under White’s leadership. Additionally, Tracy Hali, Vice President of Partner Success; Melissa Parmley, Senior Director of Commissions Operations; and Jeremy Wilcox, Vice President of RPM Operations will report to White.
