Intelisys Cloud Services University (iCSU) registered its 1,000th channel sales professional a week after its third certification track—UCaaS Solutions Professional—became available through CloudServicesUniversity.com.

The UCaaS Solutions Professional certification track dives deeply into Cloud-based unified communications technologies that are driving bigger deals and rich contact center wins. It follows the release of the Cloud Computing Solutions Professional certification track in March and the Telecom Solutions Professional certification track in February.
Increasing numbers of Intelisys Sales Partners are noting the positive impact of iCSU certification on their businesses and teams, with some, like the Managed Services, Cloud & Telecom department at Presidio’s Southeast division, making iCSU certification mandatory for team members and new hires.

By earning an iCSU certification in one or all of the six competencies, Channel professionals will be better positioned to demonstrate an understanding of the latest Cloud technologies; instill confidence in their clients who will be more trusting with their key Cloud initiatives; achieve a greater degree of success in closing Cloud deals; and gain recognition and a distinct edge in the competitive Cloud services market. Registrants who achieve certification in all six tracks will receive the certification and title of Cloud Master.
